As we approach the holiday season, stress levels inevitably increase as you factor in holiday planning and visiting with family and friends while also maintaining the day-to-day caregiving routines. This year, just to add to the stress level, we are still managing through the effects of the recent pandemic, which means we needs to continue to take steps to maintain a safe and supportive holiday for all involved. This program will discuss the importance of taking care of yourself during the holidays as well as ways in which we can minimize the stressors associated with the holiday season.
